PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 18, 2009

5:30 P.M.

The following members were in attendance:  Larry Birnbaum, chairman; commission members Kathy Meyer, Steve Kossett, Biron Wipson, Bob Whitmyer; Zoning Administrator Marty Paavola; supervisors Jeff Bachke and Greg Andrews, and Deputy Clerk Cammy Hansen.  Absent was clerk Patti Alander and supervisor John Werner and commission member Herb Dallum.

Greg Andrews made a motion to engage Minnesota Association of Township’s along with the Fryberger law firm to proceed with the next step in the appeal process of the Gary Grew variance matter.  Jeff seconded the motion.  All vote in favor; motion carried.

At this point the commission members divided up the Annual Review Forms for the Town’s conditional use permits and left to make the physical inspections of each site.

After the inspections were completed, the commission members returned the forms to the deputy clerk for review by the Zoning Administrator.
