BOARD OF AUDIT

FEBRUARY 16, 2010 MEETING MINUTES

The following Board of Audit members met on 2/16/10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Rice Lake Town Hall: Jeff Bachke, chairman, John Goman, supervisor, Holly Herstad, treasurer and Cammy Hansen clerk.

Utility Account: Jeff and John selected three transactions in the month of February, 2009, two from the month of June, 2009 and two from the month of September, 2009. All entries were found to be the same in both the clerk’s records and the treasurer’s records.

General Account: Jeff and John selected two transactions in March, 2009, three transactions in April, 2009 and three transactions in November, 2009. All entries were found to be the same in both the clerk’s records and the treasurer’s records.

Fair Housing Account: Jeff and John selected a transaction in September, 2009 and a transaction in December, 2009. Both entries were compared and in order.
