• Burning Permit Information: The Minnesota DNR has established new burning permit procedures. You may apply for a burning permit at the Town Hall or you may apply online via the Minnesota DNR link: http://webapps1.dnr.state.mn.us/burning_permits/ Burning permits are required in all of Rice Lake Township.
